DUPLEX LOFT WITH 2 TERRACES one stop from Manhattan

Incredibly sunny duplex loft blocks away from waterfront parks. One subway stop from Manhattan. Two floors with south facing light, 15 foot ceilings, spiral staircase, two bedrooms, two baths, spacious 3rd (semi-private) sleeping/living mezzanine, doorman, laundry facilities.
Lower floor is 1200 sq. feet, includes kitchen, living room, dining room, full bathroom with tub and 100 sq. foot balcony overlooking Brooklyn. The living room is furnished with one double size futon sofabed and one double size sofabed. Mezzanine includes 100 square feet of office space furnished with desk and chair with internet access, and a futon couch that pulls out into a single bed. Upper floor is 800 feet and includes one large bedroom with a queen size bed and another mezzanine with very low ceiling, furnished with a single bed and A/C. There is another bathroom equipped with shower, w/c and sink. Sliding glass doors open from bedroom onto spectacular 200 sq. foot private terrace next to adjacent common roof deck supplying breathtaking view of the Empire State Building and overlooking Manhattan & Brooklyn.
Transportation: F train is 3 blocks, A/C are 5 blocks, both are one stop to Manhattan. A walk over the Brooklyn or Manhattan Bridge is less than 30 minutes (bridge pedestrian walkways are a 10 minute walk from the apartment).
