Three Bedroom Townhouse in Boerum Hill

This three bedroom apartment is located on the ground, second, third and fourth floors of a brownstone in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn.
The ground level contains the kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary items to cook and it's very spacious. Right next to it, there is a dining area furnished with a dining table with chairs. From the kitchen there is access to a garden.
The second floor contains two living rooms. One is furnished with sofas, armchairs, flat television set with cable channels, VCR, DVD and CD players. The second living room is furnished with sofas, chairs and a beautiful Steinway baby grand piano.
The third floor contains the master bedroom which is furnished with a queen size bed, closets and dresser. Linens are provided. On this floor there is a bathroom equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and sink. Towels are provided.
The fourth floor contains one bedroom furnished with single bunk beds, closet and dresser. The other bedroom is furnished with a single loft bed and a double futon below the loft bed, closet and dresser. Linens are provided. On this floor there is a bathroom equipped with a shower, w/c and sink. Towels are provided.
Boerum Hill is a central section of Brooklyn, near several subway stations and in walking distance to many stores, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants.
