This studio apartment is located in the Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan, NYC on 131st Street and Lenox Avenue. It is on the second floor (equivalent to the European 1st floor) of a charming walk-up brownstone building, which has an intercom system for security. For an additional monthly fee, you can have use of the washing machine and dryer that are in the apartment.

The air-conditioned studio has a practical layout, with an open, fully-equipped kitchen and living /dining room area, allowing you to watch cable on the wall-mounted flat screen TV, as you prepare your meal and sit down to enjoy it.
