A few stairs lead to the entrance of the townhouse that is secured with an interphone. The indoor staircase leads to the second floor where the apartment is secured with a lock door.
The apartment has one living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, one dining room and one kitchen.
The entrance of the apartment opens up on a hallway.
The dining room can be accessed from bedroom 1 through sliding curtained glass doors. It has three windows facing south (street). It is equipped with basic cable TV and VCR and includes table, chairs and armchairs.
Bedroom 1 is accessible from the hallway and is separated from bedroom 2 by a curtained glass door. It includes a queen-sized bed, closet, chest of draws. Linen is provided.
Bedroom 2 is separated from the living room by a sliding door. It includes a queen-sized bed, built in closet and chest. Linen is provided.
The living room is furnished with armchairs, coffee table, desk, chair, ceiling fan. It has two windows facing north (garden). It is equipped with basic cable TV, DVD and MP3 player.
The kitchen is accessible from the hallway. It has a sliding opening onto to the living room. It is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker, stove, oven and all necessary items to cook. It includes table and chairs. It has a window facing north (garden).
The bathroom is accessible from the hallway and includes a w/c, a bathtub with shower and a sink. Towels are provided.
Wireless Internet access is available.
The apartment is located in a two floors townhouse in Prospect Park West, Brooklyn.
