Fully furnished studio in Harlem
This fully furnished studio is located in Morningside Heights on the 4th floor of a 4-story walk up brownstone built in 1886. The owners reside on first three floors. This unit was converted into two studios (both complete with private kitchen and bathroom) from four pre-exisiting rooms on the 4th floor of the brownstone. The main entrance and the starirways are shared with the owners and the back studio tenant(s). There is a common area on the parlor level in which tenants are welcome to sit.

The living room has a phone, a window, a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, and a closet.

The separate kitchen has a coffee maker, stove, a refigerator, and a toaster.

The bathroom has a bath/shower, a toilet, 1 window, and a sink.

The apartment has a WIFI internet connection.

Located on the historic landscape of Harlem, this area has undergone a significant renaissance that transcends time of a forgone era. The classic brownstones and historic buildings of Harlem add an elegant flare to the local scenery that is iconic of the legacy and tradition that Harlem affords to visitors and residents alike. 125th Street now is a commercial haven of Credit-A tenants, such as Best Buy, Target, and Starbucks and has even been afforded the grace of Former U.S. president Bill Clinton's New York Office.

Transportation: 125th Street-St Nicholas Avenue Station, 125th Street Station-Lenox Avenue Station A/B/C/D/2/3 trains.

Please note: Owner lives in this brownstone. They have a dog and a cat that have access to the common areas of the building (entry, stairs). The animals are not allowed in the studio apartment, but this apartment may not suitable for clients with animal allergies.

Please note: This is a non-smoking apt.
