Luxury One Bedroom Apartment in the Financial District

This fully furnished one bedroom apartment is located on the 8th floor of a doorman, elevator building in the Financial District of Manhattan. The building is a luxury type building with a gym and a roof terrace. The living room is spacious with a L shaped sofa and it's very bright with a nice unobstructed city views from the windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, and refrigerator. It includes a full set of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The bedroom is furnished with a double size bed and a spacious closet and the bathroom is equipped with a bath tub with shower, a w/c and sink. There is a cable TV and Internet access in the apartment. The Financial District of New York City is a neighborhood on the southernmost section of the borough of Manhattan which comprises the offices and headquarters of many of the city's major financial institutions, including the New York Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange. The neighborhood was anchored by the World Trade Center until the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. The neighborhood roughly overlaps the boundaries of the New Amsterdam settlement in the late 17th century and has a residential population of about 30,000. During the day, the population swells to about 300,000. As a district, it encompasses roughly the area south of City Hall Park but excluding Battery Park and Battery Park City. The heart of the Financial District is often considered to be the corner of Wall Street and Broad Street, both of which are contained entirely within the district. Transportation : J,M,Z trains to Broad street, and 2,3,4,5 trains to Wall street.
