Very nice experience. Close to the subway and owner responsive to requests.

The furniture in the apartment was basicly falling apart. The kitchen was ok but lacked some basic equipment, on the stove three of four plates worked. Had to make them add cleaning equipment to be able to sweep floors etc but no vacuum cleaner. Often a lack of hot water. Even if the wooden floors looks good on photo they aren't really in a good condition.

The apartment was quiet and no disturbance from neighbours etc, good aircondition.

The owner was hard to get hold of and I actually never met him/her or even talked with him/her.

Thank you for this review Peter. During the guest's stay, there was a need to shut down the boiler for maintenance which is a normal operation. We have a staff that is ready to help when there is a problem.

Thanks for your candid comments Peter. We have visited the apartment to ensure that the issues raised had been addressed and to verify the condition of the rental. The owner also confirmed that there is now hot water.
