New York Apartment Studio in Financial District (NY-14374)

This fully furnished studio apartment is located in the middle of the Financial District in New York. The apartment is on the 12th floor of a 16-story prewar landmark building, and is accesible by an elevator. This luxury building ensures full security with a doorman, and offers special amenities to its tenants including a gym, billiard table room and entertainment room on the 2nd floor. There is also laundry in the building.

In this furnished apartment, there is both a full-sized bed and a full-sized futon which also serves as the couch. The bed and closets are separated from the living area by a curtain divider, but they share a vibrant red wall.
NOTE: There is a lack of privacy between the bed and futon-bed as there is only a curtain separating the area.

The living area includes a flat screen television with DVD player and an iPod setero. The kitchen opens to the living room and has modern appliances including a dishwasher and induction heat stovetop. There are hardwood floors throughout the studio, with the exception of the bathroom.

Although the Financial District is known primarily for its office businesses, such as the New York Stock Exchange and the Federal Reserve Bank, it now has a growing number of full-time residents and is located near many cultural landmarks. Federal Hall National Memorial, where George Washington was inaugurated, is just 3 blocks away. The 2/3 express train is less than two blocks away from this apartment, connecting you easily to the rest of Manhattan and the other boroughs of New York City.
