This fully furnished apartment is located on the Third floor of a 5-story walk-up building in Midtown East, a neighborhood of New York City. Apartment is opened by key code combination rather than a key. This is an older pre-war building in New York City, and the age is evident in some of the characteristics of the floors and windows, but is well maintained and constant improvements are being made.

The accommodation has queen-sized bed, a TV and a dining table with chairs.
Internet is available throughout the apartment. Air conditioning is provided in the bedroom.

There are two windows in the living area of this furnished apartment . All of the windows have southern exposure with a view of the street below and the surrounding buildings.

This apartment is conveniently located in Midtown East, New York. This area of Manhattan is near major shopping areas like Bloomingdales and close to Central Park.

Please note: The floors in some of the units in this building have a minor slant.

Please also note that the heating system is radiator steam which can cause loud clanging when in use during the cold season.

    I had a very good [stay] in the [Midtown East] apartment, maybe the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but it was extremely beneficial to get around town easily. I will contact the agency again soon for another trip!
