Located in a 5-story walk-up building with a buzzer/intercom system, this 3-bedroom apartment can be found on East 94th Street and 1st Avenue, on Manhattan's Upper East Side. There is a washer and dryer available in the apartment, always a convenience in a metropolis like New York City. The three bedrooms are all comfortable with at least one window in each room. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher in addition to basic appliances, and there is a dining table in the living room. The bathroom is modern and the tub is equipped with glass sliding doors.
The apartment is part of the famous Upper East Side neighborhood in Manhattan. The East River with a view on New York's borough of Queens is only one block away. If you walk west, you will find the 96th Street subway station five blocks from the apartment. From here you can take the 4, 5 or 6 trains uptown and downtown through the East Side. You also have the famed Central Park six blocks to west, situated on 5th Avenue, also known as "Museum Mile". Among other things, New Yorkers visit the park to hike, picnic, practice sports, and socialize. The neighborhood has many excellent restaurants and cafes, such as Sarabeth's, which is a very popular place for brunch. There is also plenty to do culturally: the Museum of the City of New York and the Guggenheim are only a few of the museums you will find on the Upper East Side.
