The interior photos are from a model apartment in the building. The model apartment is representative of both the quality and style of apartments offered at this location. Description, floor plan and photos are for reference purposes only. Actual apartment's dimensions, layouts and furniture may vary.
The fully-furnished studio apartment is located in a 44-story high-rise building with elevator and full-time doorman in Midtown West, Manhattan. The building has many great amenities (some are at an additional fee). There is an on-site indoor parking garage; there are laundry facilities on every floor; there is a children’s playroom; swimming pool; sun deck; fitness center with private outdoor jogging track; and lastly, a social club with roof-top terrace. The apartment itself is serviced and although exposure may vary, many of the apartments at this site have balconies with spectacular views of bustling Midtown.
The contemporary living room of the studio apartment is fully air-conditioned, and features a comfortable double bed, sofa, TV with cable, and dining room table. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, and coffeemaker. Furthermore, the kitchen also has granite countertops, so preparing a home-cooked meal really is a pleasure. The marble bathroom of the apartment contains a bathtub with shower, WC, and washbasin. Internet access is available.
You can find the apartment on West 56th Street & 8th Avenue, in a lively area of Midtown West. Just on the opposite side of 8th Avenue you will find the famous Hearst Tower: the first green high-rise building in New York City. 3 blocks north of the apartment on Columbus Circle are another two architecturally impressive buildings: the Trump International Tower and the Time Warner Center, where you can find excellent shops such as Hugo Boss. This building also contains a large Whole Foods Market, where you can find everything you need and more when it comes to grocery shopping. Columbus Circle gives access to the most south-western tip of Central Park. Here you can take a respite from the busy Midtown life, and enjoy picnics, a walk in the park, or many different sporting activities. You will also found a plethora of good restaurants, bars and clubs in this part of New York. Bricco Restaurant only 400 feet (a little over 120 meters) away is an excellent Italian, and if you happen to be a fan of the TV series How I Met Your Mother, do not miss the McGees Pub only one block south on 55th Street.
The apartment is located close to two subway stations: at Columbus Circle on 59th Street you have access to the A, B, C, D and 1 lines, and at 57 Street/ 7 Avenue station just two blocks away you can catch the N, Q and R trains.
