Make yourself at home in one of SoHo's coveted loft apartments, as seen in so many magazines and films. This one bedroom apartment is located in lower New York and is situated on the second floor (considered first floor by Europeans) of a six-story building. The apartment building is secured with an intercom system and it also offers an elevator for your convenience.
Furnished with a modern touch, this apartment has hardwood floors as well as the requisite high ceilings for a loft (12 feet / 3.65 meters !). Three large windows in the living room and one in the bedroom allow for natural sunlight to flood the apartment. The living area has multiple seating options, along with a dining room table which seats up to ten people. There is more seating at the bar of the open kitchen, also a great space for prepping meals. Stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, blender and food processor allow you to go above and beyond standard cooking. In the bedroom, there is a narrow dressing area near the entrance, and an alcove with a desk nestled in it for when you need to get some work done at home. When that isn't necessary, relax in front of the flat screen television, equipped with cable access. The owners of the apartment are also happy to provide maps, menus, neighborhood tips, and recommendations for your time here if you are not familiar with this part of Manhattan.
