Situated in the Midtown East section of New York, this beautiful and cozy furnished studio apartment has a modern feel. Located on East 45th Street and 2nd Avenue, this walk-up building is less than a block from the United Nations Headquarters, and just five blocks from Grand Central Station. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has an open, functional layout.
In the kitchen area, you will find cabinets with opaque covered glass doors. While there is a fridge, please be aware that it comes without a freezer. Outside of your studio, you can enjoy the restaurants in the Midtown East area of Manhattan. Within a 530 ft radius (.16 km), there are plenty of restaurants where you can enjoy a meal. Popular places to eat include The Palm, Sakagura, Ali Baba and Alcala, known for its fine Spanish cuisine. On Lexington and 42nd, .3 mi (.48 km) away, Delmonico dishes-up tasty gourmet food in a venue known for its ambiance. On the other hand, if cooking at home, stop by the Food Emporium, where you can choose from a variety of foods if you enjoy making your own meals (.3mi or .48 km). For other everyday needs, there is a Duane Reade less than a block away.
