Two Bedroom / One bathroom apartment minutes away from Union Square

This apartment contains two bedrooms and one bathroom, and has an area of approximately 900 square feet.
It has contemporary furniture and is located on the fifth floor, facing the street in a quiet brownstone building in Manhattan's East Village. The building has an elevator and residents have access to laundry facilities. There is a part-time doorman on duty, and electricity is included in the utilities.
The serene atmosphere of this comfortable apartment is primarily due to the combination of simple furniture placed in pristine white spaces. There are hardwood floors throughout the apartment and the living room is elegantly furnished with two black leather sofa beds, which are tucked against the wall facing the cable television, and which promise hours of relaxation. Music buffs can listen to their favorite music playing on the stereo system. A small coffee table occupies the space between the sofa bed and the television, while some modern pictures are carefully hung around the white-painted walls.
Two comfortable bedrooms both contain queen-size beds, and both have a window each, allowing natural light to enter the spaces. The air-conditioning ensures pleasant ambient temperatures at all times. Both beds come provided with sheets.
Occupants can entertain guests, or enjoy leisurely meals together at the glass dining table in the apartment's open kitchen, which is amply equipped for the preparation of food. A large refrigerator and freezer, a gas cooker, and a dishwasher placed to take full advantage of the available space, and snacks can be prepared quickly and easily in the microwave oven.
The compact blue-tiled bathroom is fully furnished with a toilet, a washbasin, a bathtub and shower, and occupants are provided with towels.
The vibrant youthful energy of Manhattan's East Village is deservedly famous. The streets teem with colorful stores of every description. Tompkins Square Park is the heart of the East Village, provides visitors with a space in which to stroll or relax, away from the youthful hustle and bustle of the surrounding streets. Close proximity to both Cooper Union and New York University adds to the vibrant energy of the East Village, and the streets around St. Mark's Place are packed with an eclectic variety of coffeehouses, esoteric boutiques, specialty and health food stores.
Public transportation in Manhattan is generally easy to access. Several subway stations are located within walking distance of the apartment. New York's renowned yellow taxis can be hailed anywhere at any time of the day or night.
