Review by: Mark K., Oct 01 2018 From: United States, Apartment Rental: 2 months |
Overall, the unit met our needs. The landlord, could do just a little more to welcome a tenant. Once we had paid our deposit and first rent installment, it became difficult to reach them. It also would have been useful to have received something other than the keys, which were simply left in the apartment, and which we had to use to the building's key to access. There was no information on how anything worked, such as laundry or other amenities, and we had to pester them to give us instructions on how to access the internet. Information on how the phone/intercom worked would also have been useful. Finally, at the end of the engagement, it took three months to get our security deposit returned, and only then after we pestered them AND sought assistance from NY Habitat. |
