This apartment was very poor value for the price. It was billed as a two bedroom but it was really a studio with shoddy partition walls that were unfinished and didn't even reach the ceiling. As a consequence the living/dining area had no natural light or AC/heat and there was no privacy at all. There televisions, cable and WiFi broke down daily. The landlord's representative rarely responded to my repeated messages. I reported several major issues that went unfixed, including a leaky water pipe that was still broken the day I moved out. There were other major issues with the stove (fixed), microwave (fixed) and bathroom vanity (reported at move-in and never fixed) as well. The in-unit washer and dryer were nice. Building overall -- the concierge staff was lax and sometimes surly. The carpet in the lobby is badly stained and absolutely filthy. |
