Apartment review: Very safe and well-located apartment, close to two subway stations, many bus stops and malls, two theme parks, pharmacies, every kind of restaurants, supermarkets, etc. However, the kitchen and the living room are enclosed and not ventilated as they don't have any opening on the outside of the building. As there is no AC in the living room, you need to open both bedroom's door in the summer to enjoy some fresh air. The kitchen doesn't have any extractor, so its getting very hot in the living room and cooking smell fills the space when you're cooking. No saucepans in the kitchen when we arrived, nothing has been done despite our request. So we had to buy some ourselves. We were refused the access to the swimming pool which is only accessible through a membership fee (which was never mentioned before). Regarding value for money, we think the apartment was excessively expensive. |
