Two Bedroom Apartment on Lower East Side
This fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment is located on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, New York. The apartment ison the 2nd floor of a prewar walk-up building. There is an intercom/buzzer system for security.

This apartment features hardwood floors and a unique combination of modern amenities and antique Italian furniture. The kitchen has been custom-made and is fully equipped with deluxe stainless steel appliances, Shaker style wood cabinets and granite counter tops. Additionally, there is the convenience of laundry washing machine and dryer within the apartment.

There are 2 office spaces in this apartment, making it easy to work from home. Internet access is available. Bedroom 1 has a queen size Sealy Posturepedic firm mattress and a television with DVD player and VCR (cable is also available). Bedroom 2 does not have a bed currently, but the owners will add one if the tenants desire it. Linens will be provided.

The Lower East Side is currently one of the most sought after neighborhoods in New York City. The apartment is situated within a few minutes walk of dozens of bars, lounges, clubs and restaurants. The local music scene is thriving. There is a sense of something new and exciting here that makes it a great place to be!
