A charming one bedroom apartment located in Midtown East
Nice fully furnished one bedroom apartment on the Midtown East Side of Manhattan on East 40th Street between Second and Third Avenues. Approximately 620 square feet.

Located on the 19th floor of a high-rise building with an elevator, a laundry room, a gym, a swimming pool, and a full time doorman.

The living room in this New York apartment has a white sectional sofa with an Oriental rug in the center of the floor, which holds a coffee table. There are windows in this room, which keeps the place very bright. On the other side of the living room there is a glass-topped dining set that seats four people. For entertainment there is cable television, and a stereo. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, sheets are included. This room is also air-conditioned, with a window, which keeps the room very bright. And a telephone for convenience
