This apartment is a very nice, bright and spacious one bedroom in Turtle Bay. The apartment has an area of approximately 600 square feet and is on the 14th floor of a high-rise building. The building is equipped with an elevator, a full-time doorman, and laundry facilities. This spacious rental has parquet floors, modern furniture and a fantastic skylight view.

The living room is furnished with a double sized sofa bed with a small table, a coffee table and a single bed futon. There is also a round dining table with four matching chairs, two bookcases, a cable TV, an air-conditioning unit and a telephone.

The bedroom has a large window and is furnished with a double size bed with a bedside table with a lamp and a telephone, and the room has also an air conditioner and two large closets.

The kitchen is separate and is fully equipped with a refrigerator/ freezer, a gas cooking range, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster. There are also wooden cupboards. Dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans are provided.

The bathroom is standard with white tiled walls, a mirror on top of the sink, a bathtub, and shower. Towels are provided.

The apartment is located in the heart of the United Nations. The Midtown East Side still remains a much sought after area. There are fantastic antique shops, wonderful restaurants and nightclubs, boutiques, specialty stores, museums and art galleries.
