Small two bedroom apartment in Soho

This cozy two-bedroom duplex apartment is located on Thompson Street between Prince and Spring Street.
With an area of approximately 650 square feet, this is a small but cozy Soho apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom.
The apartment is nicely located on Thompson Street on the first floor and the basement. The apartment has access to a private courtyard shared with the neighbor. The building has a security system, therefore the residents enter using their own keys, and guests are admitted through an intercom system.
The hardwood floors and eclectic furniture of this cute rental creates a homey and cozy feeling. Several pieces of art craftwork decorate the walls reflecting travels through out the world. There is a telephone, which can be used for local calls and calls within the USA. The living area has TV entertainment system with video, cable and stereo. The open, practical kitchen has plenty of cabinets stored with kitchen utensils, and is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer and microwave.
The master bedroom is in the basement area, which might also be used as work space or partial living area. The bedroom has cable with the TV, Bed linen is provided. The second bedroom (small upstairs) has a futon double bed with closet space for clothes. The bathroom contains bathtub with shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Towels are supplied.
The Soho area is one of the most lively and picturesque areas of Manhattan. The streets are lined with boutiques, restaurants, coffeehouses, and jazz clubs, which showcase world class performers. Public transportation is very easily accessible and New York's famous yellow taxis can be hailed anywhere at any time.
