The kitchen and bath are off of the living area and the kitchen comes equipped with a microwave toaster and coffee maker. There is a large window facing the street. There are large cabinets for storage and ample counter space for the preparing of food. The bathroom has a window, shower and small sink and WC. This apartment is steps away from many stores and restaurants, laundry facilities are also one block from the apartment. Astoria has become increasingly popular as many young people from all over have come for the large spaces and affordable rents. Commute time to Manhattan by the N train is approximately 25 min.
