Quiet townhouse near Washington Square Park

This very peaceful three bedroom townhouse in Greenwich Village.

On the main floor are the living room, Kitchen and dinning room. Each is a light and airy space with hard wood floors and Track lighting. The living room faces south to a courtyard. The kitchen has a large counter top facing the dinning room for informal eating. The entrance to the house is on this floor. The upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double sofa bed. Downstairs on the lower floor are a third bedroom and a washer and dryer room. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed in it and has a connecting bathroom with a shower water closet and sink. This private gated street near Washington Square Park at the bottom of Fifth Avenue.
