Nice studio to rent in Midtown East
This studio apartment is located on East 55th Street, between 3rd & Lexington Avenue in Midtown East. It is situated on the 11th floor of a full time doorman high-rise. Measuring approximately 450 sq. ft it sleeps a couple comfortably. The building also features laundry in the basement and another lovely feature is the balcony.

Enter the antique apartment you will arrive in the living room furnished with two sofas surrounding a glass coffee table. There are art works and lots of area rugs. Adjacent to the large window front is the dining table with two chairs. To the right you will find the queen-sized bed. Sheets will be provided. There is a TV with basic cable as well as a phone available for local phone calls. There is an A/C unit.

The open kitchen is functional. It is established with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, coffee maker and a toaster. The owner also provides a sufficient supply of cooking utensils.
There will be closet space provided. The bathroom is conventional. It is established with a tub, shower sink and a WC. Interesting is that it is carpeted. Towels are provided.

Neighborhood: A couple of blocks away from Central Park, around the corner from Carnegie Hall and a 10 minute taxi ride to New York's most popular districts, i.e Greenwich Village, SoHo and Tribeca. Also, you will have access to all major subway lines just a few steps away from the apartment. Art, fun, and entertainment is the name of the game in this part of town with countless restaurants , opera and cultural events at the famous Lincoln Center, the Metropolitan Museum of art, and only a 10-minute walk to New York's Broadway Shows.

Others: Public transportation is everywhere. Bus stops at the corner and subway stations for the 4,5,6 trains are few block away and for R, N, E, D, 1, 2, B, A, and C lines four blocks away.
