Location: Lower East Side, on Essex Street between Hester and Canal Street. Close to the F train at East Broadway.
Building: Pre-war building walk-up (built in the 1900's). Apartment located on the 5th floor.
This studio apartment is very bright and is furnished with a double bed, closet, and a desk/table with chairs.
The kitchen is open and is equipped with all necessary items to cook.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and sink.
Linens and towels are provided.
Neighborhood: The Lower East Side is known for its boutiques, trendy bars, jazz clubs, hidden lounges, and diverse restaurants. It is near the East Village, Little Italy and Chinatown. There is a park right accross the street and it is very near the subway station.
