The apartment fitted my needs perfectly.
Mar 11 2013It is a really clean apartment; it looks recently renewed and has a spacious bathroom (a treasure in NYC). It's an amazing location, pretty close to many great restaurants, bars, galleries, shops and less than block away from the F train. It's the quitest place I've ever lived at.
Nancy is a great landlady, always very helpful and friendly.
I've had a great stay there, loved my LES experience. I would love to live here again.
This was a perfect studio for my stay in NYC. A great location, less than a minute from the 'F' subway train and within walking distance to little Italy and Soho.
Jul 02 2012The apartment is exactly as it looked in the pictures on the NY Habitat website, was spotlessly clean and is a good size for a studio.
The owner is extremely helpful if you have any questions or queries. I would stay here again if i was to return to NYC.
My 3 month-stay in this apartment was perfect. The owner is delightful and was helpful whenever I needed.

It's close to the supermarket, close to the subway (the only drawback is that the subway in this area is not practical, theres always a problem in the F line)Otherwise Nancy the owner is very nice always here when you need her help.I really enjoyed my staying in NY. If I gotta go back to NY i would probably go in this appartment again.

The pictures on your website were great-- they represented the apartment just as it is. There is nothing I would change about my stay here or the apartment. Thank you for your assistance in finding this apartment for me.
