One bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side.

Location: Upper West Side, on 74th Street between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue. Close to the 1, 2, 3 and the B, C train at 72nd Street.
Building: Brownstone building walk-up. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor.
Interior: 500 sq. ft. one bedroom facing south with hardwood floors.
NO SMOKING.
When you enter, there is a small entrance with the bathroom to the right, then the kitchen, and then the living room and the bedroom to the left. The living room has a dining table, a desk, a sofa, TV, VCR and stereo. The bedroom is approximately 150 sq. ft. with a queen size bed, a/c, stereo and a large closet. The kitchen is separate and has a large fridge and plenty of pots and pans. There is a table & chair to sit at and eat in should someone want to. The bathroom has a shower/tub. Sheets and towels are provided. A telephone, cable and internet access are all provided.
In the heart of New York City's lively Upper West Side--one of the most prized residential areas in the city--which boasts a rich variety of restaurants, outdoor cafes, internationally famous food emporiums, numerous fine clothing stores and boutiques as well as two multiplex cinemas. In walking distance of many major New York cultural institutions, including, the American Museum of Natural History and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. A few steps away from Central Park which consists of several hundred acres of parklands, lakes, trees, and open meadows for sports.
