Very large one bedroom on in charming Sunnyside Queens
This very large one bedroom is a great affordable space for those that need easy access to Manhattan. The number 7 train takes approximately 15 minutes to Grand Central Station.

The apartment is located in a 3-story walk-up. The building has 8 units.

There is an irregular sized double futon bed, measuring approximately 75 x 43 (slightly narrower than regular double futon beds) in the living room. An entertainment center houses a TV, VCR, cable (HBO, Showtime, Movie channel,..) and a small stereo. There is also a phone with an answering machine. The living room has an air conditioning unit.There is a separate eat-in kitchen and a dining table for 4 persons. The kitchen is newly renovated and comes equipped with a microwave coffee maker, toaster, and pots and pans. There is ample counter and cabinet space for preparing meals.

The bedroom has a double bed and a dresser. It can sleep two comfortably. There is window a phone and a/c. All sheets and towels are provided for the guest. The large bathroom has a full tub and shower combination.

This apartment is 2 blocks from the number 7 train station. Travel time to Manhattan is approximately 15 minutes.
