Studio in Midtown West
This apartment is a studio conveniently located in Midtown West.

The small studio is located in a 6-story walk-up building that will have courtyard access for all of the guests. This studio is located on the 5th floor. There is a double door security system at the entrance. This studio is quiet bright and clean and there are hardwood floors throughout.

The studio is approximately 250 sq. ft. and is furnished with an irregular sized double futon bed, measuring approximately 75 x 43 (slightly narrower than regular double futon beds). It can comfortably sleep one person or a couple. There is a small dining area for two persons. The room comes with an entertainment center with a TV, and stereo. The apartment comes with a phone with an answering machine and a/c.

The kitchen area has a microwave, small stove and refrigerator, and comes with a coffeemaker and a toaster. There are pots pans and cooking utensils for the guest. The bathroom has a small bathtub and shower, and all bed linens and towels are provided for the guest.

The building will have satellite access in the near future. The apartment is one half block from the A,C, E train lines at 42nd Street. Yellow taxis can be hailed at all times of the day or night.
