This fully equipped two bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a brownstone building in Greenwich Village, New York City. Built in 1842, it is an historic building set in the magical area of Lower Manhattan. The block on which the building resides is mostly residential, lined with beautiful green trees providing the neighborhood with a pleasant backdrop. Included in the apartment is a large outdoor terrace of approximately 1200 square feet (365.7 m) furnished with tables, chairs, and potted flowers. The front door is kept locked and each tenant has his own key. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (considered the 2nd by Europeans), placed 33 steps up from the ground floor and there is no elevator available (this is not uncommon for New York!)
