This is a 900 square foot 1 bedroom apartment with a den and extra sleeping loft.
This large one bedroom loft apartment in an elevator building offers accommodations for small groups of people or just lots of room.
The living room has an entertainment system, two couches, A dinning table with chairs and windows. There is a air conditioner in one of the windows. One couch is a double futon. The kitchen is open and has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and stove.The bedroom has a double bed, TV, dresser and a closet. The bedroom also has a window . The den has a double bed and a dresser and a nightstand with a lamp. The small sleeping loft has a single mattress.There is a full bathroom next to the kitchen with a tub and shower, john and sink.
The utilities will be deducted from the security deposit for short-term rentals.
The Tribeca area has traditionally been a melting pot of nationalities and cultures. The various food stores and stalls of nearby Chinatown sell fresh produce and inexpensive fresh fish daily. And can enjoy many fine meals of diverse ethnic cuisine in the restaurants in Chinatown, in Little Italy and on the East Village. In addition, the neighborhood is well known for discount shopping of all kinds.
