One bedroom in Battery Park
Location : New York City- Battery Park City, Rector Place, between West St and South End Avenue.

Size: 1 bedroom apartment with an area of 700 square feet. It also has a marble tiled bathroom. It sleeps one person or a couple.

Building: 24 hr full service building with limited access, security, elevator. Unit is on 8th floor. Laundry facilities are on each floor.

Interior: Furnished, full sunlight, spacious. All floors are hardwood with white walls. The bedroom has a Queen size bed, a TV, a phone, A/C, a large wooden dresser and 2 spacious closets. Very bright, the living room is furnished with 2 sofas, one of which is a pull out sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, A/C and a phone. The kitchen is open onto the living room and is fully equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Pots and pans are provided.

Neighborhood: Battery Park City is a very upscale new area, within short walking distance to Wall St, and several subway lines. An incredible Esplanade park is right at the edge of the Hudson River one block from the building, running from Battery Point north. All the major ships go up and down here which make for terrific watching, picnicking, rollerblading, volleyball, fireworks etc. There are several restaurants in the immediate area, with more coming, and in Tribeca and Chinatown, both close by. The free Staten Island Ferry is 2 blocks away as are the Holocaust Museum, The Skyscraper Museum, American Indian Museum, and New York Stock Exchange. Fulton Fish Market, South St. Seaport, Fraunces Tavern are also nearby. Three grocery stores in area, one is just one block away. There are two post offices ; as well as the neighborhood's medical and dental offices. The Police station one block away.

Transportation: The No 9 and No 10 busses stop at the corner of the building; the 1,9,4,5,6, N&R subways all stop within 3 blocks. Taxis/liveries abound. No Pets, No Smoking.
