Sunny spacious room in the Upper East Side
|
Location: NYC, Upper East Side. 79th Street between York avenue and First avenue.
Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Building: This is a deluxe and luxurious building. You are greeted by the concierge and enter a spacious and modern lobby, floored with slatestone and carpeting, with leather chairs. Entrance is permitted by identification or permission only. There is a coin operated laundry in the building.
Interior: You enter a long hallway to an open and spacious apartment. To the left is the large L-shaped living room/dining room. There is an entertainment center with a TV, a VCR, a DVD player, and a stereo. It has 2 large and comfortable sofas and a coffee table with a lovely area rug. There is a large dining table that seats 4 persons adjoining the pocket kitchen, which has a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a George Foreman sandwich grill, as well as other kitchen appliances. Cooking and eating utensils are provided.
The room has plenty of closet space as well as a dresser, a table, a chair, a mirror and a full size bed. The floor throughout is the original parquet. You have your own PRIVATE BATHROOM. There is no phone available (roommate must have a cellular phone or use a phone card). The owner has added an a/c.
Neighborhood: This area has everything. There are restaurants, delicatessens, bars, club, service stores, supermarkets, dry cleaners, pizza parlors -you name it, you can find it here!
Transportation: The #6 train on the Lexington avenue line stops at 77th street.
