The listing is a three bedroom, three bathroom apartment located in a prewar building on Riverside Boulevard between 70th and 71st streets.
BUILDING AMMENITIES
Upon entering the building, there is an elegant, marble and wood paneled lobby, housing 24/7 concierge and doorman service. There are professional security staff and a state-of-the-art building security system. In addition, the building has both a bicycle storage room and a personal storage room, an elevator, a garage, an enclosed valet parking area and a service entrance, with an attendant, in the fully-equipped laundry facility.
INTELLIGENT BUILDING SYSTEMS
Each residence is pre-wired for direct access satellite TV, with over 200 channels available, and is designed to accommodate future High Definition TV. The residences are also pre-wired for up to nine phone lines, high-speed internet access and an intercom system to the concierge desk.
APT DESCRIPTION
The apartment has an entry foyer with book shelves, that leads to the family room. The family room is tastefully furnished in both the living room and dining area. To start, the family room is filled with light, and has views of the river from the large windows. In the living area there are yellow walls, wood floors, a modern chandelier, a sofa, a large coffee area, 2 chairs and lots of art work. In the dining area there are white walls and wood floors, two lamps above a side table, and a dining table with matching bench seating.
There is a large state of-the-art kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, polished wood cabinets, a microwave, a wall oven, a dishwasher and a large window.
The master bedroom has a large window and white walls. It is fully furnished with a queen size bed, night tables, under-window storage, television, t.v. stand, lamps and a mirror. The attached marble bath has a separate stall shower and Jacuzzi.
THE SECOND AND THRID BEDROOM ARE FOR SHARE
The second bedroom has a double bed, a armoire, a nightstand, a large television and private bath with plenty of storage.
The third bedroom has a double bed, a floor storage unit, a closet, a desk with mirror and chair and a bathroom in the hallway.
In addition, there is a hall closet with a storage and laundrey area.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Upper West Side has something for everyone. For the sports minded there is Central Park, which offers horseback riding, roller blading and bicycle and running trails. For a calming drive or stroll, there is Riverside Drive and Promenade. For cultural types there is the famed Lincoln Center, which has the ballet, concert halls and an opera house. There are also restaurants offering a variety of ethnic, international and nouvelle cuisine. For the college set, New York City is home to hundreds of colleges, and cultural centers, as well as, nightclubs.
