43rd Street & 10th Avenue Theatre District
2-bedroom apartment available located in the 9 floor of this modern elevator building with 24-hour doorman. This whole building was just constructed in 1997 and all floors are hardwood floors. The apartment measuring approximately 500 square feet is equipped with central air-conditioning and central heating. There are laundry facilities in the building, a gym next door and the police precinct 2 blocks away.
When you first enter the apartment you pass the kitchen then you enter the livingroom. The livingroom is fully furnished and measures 250 square feet. The livingroom has a sofa, center table and a TV with cable. Past the livingroom is the bedroom for rent. The bedroom measures 130 square feet and is furnished with a double size bed, a night table, and a desk. There are 2 large windows that have a spectacular view of the Empire State Building. The room has a phone jack and a hanging closet.
The bathroom is very clean and new. The bathroom has a mirrored medicine cabinet, WC, shower, and tub with sliding door and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new household appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, sink and many cabinets.
This neighborhood is known as Hells Kitchen in the Theatre District. This neighborhood is famous for its location and its influence for actors with so many actors' studios in between 9th and 10 Avenues. There are many Restaraunts in the area that frequented by directors and those in the film industry. Don't Tell Mamas located just blocks away and so many others!!! For those with other interest you are just 2 blocks away from the Intrepid Museum displaying a collage of war planes from World War I and World War II. Also located near the Jacob Javitts Convention Center and near the ferry that takes you to Weehawken NJ. Still yet, just catch the crosstown bus to the Port Authority, Times Square, Grand Central Station and the United Nations. Broadway is also walking distance just 6 blocks going crosstown if you choose to walk.
