Private bedroom in a three bedroom apartment

A three-bedroom/one bathroom apartment to share on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building located on Midtown West (57th Street between 9th and 10th Avenue). There is a buzzer system at the front door of the building.
-Bedroom#1 has two windows facing the street. It is furnished with a king-size bed with a new matress, small refridgerator, 10 foot sofa, desk, chair, armoir, and chest of draws with book case. There are a TV, a CD player and two lamps. The room also has a phone jack and cable.
-Bedroom 2is 15 X 8. It has a window and a door entrance to the hallway. It has built in closet and desk. It has carpet and a twin bed, lamp, mirror, fan, and bookcase with chest of drawers.The utilities and internet are included in the rent.
-Bedroom#3 is fully furnished with a single/loft size bed, a closet, and ana/c.
The shared bathroom has a bathtub and shower, a sink and a toilet.
The large eat-in-kitchen has pink walls and two windows that brighten up the room. A small balcony facing the courtyard is accessible from the kitchen. There is a table and four chairs and a refrigerator / freezer. All kitchenware is shared. On the opposite side of the apartment from the bedrooms is the living room where the owner resides. There is a room divider that separates her sleeping area from the rest of the room, which the owner uses as a home office.
The Midtown West neighborhood is conveniently located near Carnegie Hall and Central Park. Lincoln Center is a subway ride away. There is a variety of shopping, restaurants and movies. A gym and swimming pool are also nearby.
Transportation: Take the A, B, C, D, 1 trains to Columbus Circle.
