One bedroom and one bathroom in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment

This apartment is perfectly designed for a share. Each of the two people is afforded their own living room, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen in the middle is the only part that is shared. There is internet access.
The bedroom is large, likely formally a dining room. It has French doors leading into the foyer. The windows on the door have been painted white for privacy. The room contains two windows of which one has an air conditioner. The room has wooden floors, and ample space for a bed (there is no bed currently). There is a large wardrobe, which has room for hanging clothes and a bookshelf. There is also a TV, which is connected to cable, a clock radio, and a lamp.
The living room area is covered in black linoleum. There is one window and the bathroom sink is in a corner of this room. There is plenty of room here for a large chair or small couch. It would be a perfect dressing or reading room. This room has a large closet, which has a shelf at the top and a hanging rack below.
The bathroom is connected directly to the living room. The sink is actually in the living room. The bathroom area contains a half-sized bathtub, which is more convenient to use as a shower. There is a toilet, a vanity with a mirror, and a window for light.
The kitchen is shared and contains all of the necessary cooking utensils, dinnerware, and glasses. There is a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker in the kitchen. The kitchen separates the living room from the bedroom area.
The neighborhood is Washington Heights and provides easy access to downtown especially the West Side. The A train reaches Columbus circle in just 4 stops from the 175th street station. There is plenty of shopping on Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue including delis, supermarkets, and laundries.
