One bedroom to share in a large two bedroom apartment in Brooklyn Heights
|
This two-bedroom apartment is a classic prewar with large rooms, high ceilings and parquet floors. It is in a friendly, well run doorman building extremely convenient to shopping and transportation. Despite its formality, it is a comfortable and easy place to live. It is a little more like living in a house rather than an apartment.
The bedroom is spacious, well furnished and has good closet space . There is a TV with VCR. The old-fashioned bath is large and well lit. Bedroom and bath are on the courtyard side facing a lovely garden with fountain - not a dark wall!
Co-tenant would have full use of the entire apartment other than master bedroom and bath. There is a cable, DSL internet access, computer available. You will have to share the apartment with a cat as well.
It would be ideal for a mature person who is perhaps between places or in New York on a short term basis and who would enjoy living in a lovely neighborhood.
