This three bedroom/ two bathroom apartment is aproximatly 1500 square foot. It is located on the twelfth floor of a prewar building with buzzer / intercom system located on 86th Street between Amsterdam Avenue and Columbus Avenue.
The bedroom for rent has a private bathroom. It is large and bright due to its two windows. It is fully furnished with a queen size bed, an armchair, two large closets and a chair. It has a wooden floor and white painted walls. The large private bathroom has a tub/shower and a toilet. It has a window, white tiled walls and a tiled floor. There is an A/C available.
This apartment has a living room and a dining room. The living room is fully furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, two chairs and a wall unit. It is equipped with a TV, a VCR, and a Stereo.
The dining room has two windows and is furnished with a dining table with its four matching chairs. It leads to the separate kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has wooden floor and white painted walls. It has an oven, a microwave and everything you will need to cook.
The Upper West Side is one of the most sought after residential areas in Manhattan because of its family atmosphere coupled with its liberal attitude and an abundance of conveniences.
Central Park West is a luxurious area where you can find a lot of beautiful doorman buildings. These building face the fabulous Central Park. On Broadway you can find the famed Zebra's specialty food store and the Fairway market are where New Yorkers love to shop for food. There is a large Barnes and Noble bookstore on Broadway. There are also many movie theaters, good restaurants and clothes stores. Central Park is situated at half block from the apartment.
Transportation: 1 or 9 train on 86th Street and Broadway.
The cross-town bus runs on 86th Street.
