One bedroom with a spectacular view of the Central Park.

The share is located in a three bedrooms / two bathrooms apartment, located in Central Park West between 93rd and 94th streets, on the 11th floor of a prewar building, with a concierge and laundry facilities.
There is a long corridor at the entrance of the apartment. At the end of the hall is the corner bedroom #1, it is furnished with a single-size bed, a sofa, a dresser, some shelves and a table with chairs. There is also a private closet, cable TV, and two windows on one wall and one window on the other wall.
On the right, there is fully furnished bedroom #2 with a single-size bed, desk with chairs, chests of drawers, TV with cable and a private closet. Two windows on one wall facing Central Park provide a great view and light.
On your left, there is bathroom #1 to share with one of the housemates. It includes a shower, tub, sink and a toilet. There is also a window.
All linen will be provided.
The separate kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a freezer, a coffee-maker and a toaster. Utensils will be provided.
The living-room is not available for share.
Neighborhood: The Upper West Side is one of the most sought after residential areas in Manhattan because of an abundance of conveniences.
Central Park West is a luxurious area right next to Central Park. On Broadway, you can find the famed Zabar's speciality food store and the Fairway Market where New-Yorkers love to shop for food. There is also a large Barnes and Noble bookstore on Boradway in addition to many movie theaters and good restaurants. Also you can find several supermarkets, delis, bars and restaurants on Broadway.
Subway: 1, 9, B and C trains at 963th Street and Central Park West.
