Large three bedroom loft in Williamsburg
|
This three-bedroom loft can be available as either a share or as an entire rental. It is located in Williamsburg Brooklyn just off Bedford Avenue and about 5 minutes from the L train.
The loft is located on the third floor of the building. It is 1900 square feet in size and designed to comfortably hold many people.
The entry leads to the large eat-in kitchen. In the kitchen there is a large dining table which faces out to a large window opening up to the west. The table can easily seat 8. In the kitchen there are modern industrial stainless steel appliances. There is a deep basin sink and an industrial stove. There is an island with bar stool as well. The kitchen is equipped with everything from a microwave to a coffee maker to a toaster. There are all of the essential dishes, pots, pans and utensils.
The bathroom is just down the hallway and is quite spacious. It includes a deep bathtub nice for soaking, a w/c and a sink with medicine cabinet. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom.
The master bedroom (bedroom 1) is located just across from the bathroom. The room is equipped with a nice queen sized bed. There is also a TV with VCR and cable in the bedroom and spacious closet space.
The second bedroom (bedroom 2) is located on the other side of the kitchen from the master bedroom. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a large dresser.
The third bedroom is just next to the second bedroom. This bedroom would be available for share and has a full sized bed. There is a dresser and nice artwork throughout the room.
Wireless Internet access is available.
The spacious living room is at the front of the apartment and has four large windows viewing out to Grand Street. The room has a retro round couch, a full sized mattress that serves both as a sofa and a bed and a large screen plasma TV connected to cable and a DVD player.
The location of the apartment is in the trendy neighborhood of Williamsburg. There are many small shops and cafe along Bedford Avenue leading to the subway station and the area is filled with art galleries scattered about. The L train reaches Union Square in Manhattan in 10 minutes.
