Bedroom to rent in a 24 hour doorman building in Harlem

This two-bedroom apartment has one bedroom available though it is like having your own apartment since the roommate is only home one or two days per month on average.
The bedroom available to rent is spacious and has a nice view on the buildings courtyard. There is a nice queen sized bed in the room and a clock radio. There is also ample closet space in the room. A/C is available.
The living room is spacious. It has a sofa, several chairs and a small bistro table for two. There is a TV and VCR in the living room. The room is opened to the kitchen via a pass though counter.
The kitchen is nicely appointed and includes all of the basic dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There are granite counters, a dishwasher and built-in microwave above the stove.
The bathroom is nicely done and includes a pedestal sink, a large medicine cabinet, a tub/shower and a w/c.
The apartment is in a 24 hour door man building in Harlem just a few minutes from the 145th Street stop on the A,B,C,D trains. The express trains reach midtown in less then 30 minutes on the 6th and 8th Avenue lines.
There is a grocery in the lower level of the building and basic services are available in the neighborhood (including a city park and pool, that is right across the street).
