Bedroom to rent in a Historic Upper West Side Building

This spacious apartment has a suite to rent.
The rooms available are a large bedroom and an office. The office is equipped with two single beds. There is a TV with DVD player in the office and a bathroom connected directly to the bedroom and office. The office also has a large closet and two giant windows to the building's courtyard. Cable TV at additional charge through Time Warner.
The bedroom has a double sized bed, 2 large closets, and a desk. The room has large windows
The bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity. The bathroom also has a window. The bathroom is private.
The apartment has many other rooms that are shared.
The large entry foyer is set up as a sitting room / library. There is a couch and several seats.
The main living room also has different seating areas and a nice view overlooking Broadway.
The dining area has a recreational billiard table.
The kitchen is just down the hall and is equipped with a stove, refrigerator and sink. Basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils are supplied. There is a coffee maker a toaster and a microwave.
The apartment is located in a beautiful example of prewar architecture on the Upper West Side featuring a 24-hour doorman, private courtyard area and newly renovated elevators.
The apartment has a washing machine in it.
There are domestic cats living in the apartment.
Centrally located on the Upper West Side, the apartment is a short distance from various shops (including Zabar's and Fairway), restaurants, and movie theaters, and a quick walk east to Central Park and west to Riverside Park. The closest subway is the No. 1 train, right on the corner at Broadway and 86th Street.
