Large room to rent in Downtown Brooklyn
|
This apartment is a large loft like space with two large rooms that serve as bedrooms and a seperate office that is for the exclusive use of the owner.
The large room to rent is minimally furnished and includes a queen sized futon and a dresser. There are two large storage closets. The room has central a/c and heating. The shared bathroom and kitchen are connected to this room. The roommate must walk through your room to get to the kitchen or bathroom.
The living room which is also the roommates bedroom is accessable during the day and has a sofa, TV with VCR and lots of pillows to sit on. The room gets lits of light from the many windows.
The bathroom has two sinks and vanities, a w/c and tub/shower with glass door.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, dishwasher, w/c and microwave. There are nice builtin cabinets and wood details. There is a washer and dryer as well. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The location of the apartment is convenient to the all subways in Downtown Brooklyn. The 2,3,A,C trains are all less then 5 minutes walk and several other lines are within 10 minutes.
