Bedroom to rent near Columbia
|
This apartment is located in Harlem to the East of Columbia University. The closest train is the 2,3 train which reaches midtown in 15 minutes. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building, which has a buzzer/intercom system and an elevator.
The room to rent is about 150 square feet and includes a double bed, a dresser and a wardrobe. There is plenty of light from the window facing out to the building's courtyard. The room also has an in room sink.
Bedroom two is a similar size and includes a double bed, sheets, a large window and a closet. There is a decorative fireplace and the floors are carpeted.
The shared bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
Towels and sheets are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There are plenty of dishes, unveils and pans to use. There is also a dining table just outside of the kitchen.
The apartment is in a classic Manhattan prewar building with interior courtyard. Original details including mosaic floors can be seen throughout. The area is developing as more buildings are renovated more new restaurants and shops have opened up.
