Bedrooms to rent in a restored townhouse
|
This historic townhouse in Harlem has been restored on the exterior on this land marked block in the Harlem. Wireless internet is available.
The second floor has four rooms with a common bathroom and kitchen.
The first room is located in the front of the building and is furnished with a queen-sized bed (though two full sized beds can be provided), a table with chairs, a desk and dresser. There is a nice decorative fireplace and two large windows facing the front. There is a small refrigerator available. There is A/C unit.
The second room is in the back and faces the garden. It includes two large closets, a double bed, a dresser and desk. There is a small refrigerator available. There is A/C unit.
The third room is furnished with a single bed, a little desk and a closet without a door.
The fourth room is furnished with a single bed, a little desk and a closet without a door.
The bathroom is basic and includes a tub/shower, a w/c and sink with mirrored medicine cabinet. It has yet to be restored.
The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator and sink. Basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided.
The apartment is located in central Harlem. There are many shops and restaurants just to the south on 125th Street and the 2,3,4,5 express trains reach midtown in just 10-15 minutes and are a short walk from the apartment. Right on the corner there is a 5th Avenue bus, which runs downtown. The block enjoys landmark status because of the apartments unique design with verandas out front all painted the same pale green shade.
