Two-bedroom basement apartment available in a completely renovated (2001) private home, located on Troy Avenue between Avenue D and Foster Avenue in Brooklyn. There is a garden in the back which is used by the residents of the house. There is also parking space next to the house.
The master bedroom can be accessed via the apartment's private entrance. The second entrance is on the first floor of the building.
The second bedroom is at the end of the hallway and has a separate entrance. Both bedrooms are furnished with a single bed in each room, dressers, tables, cable TV and closets.
