I would say both Mr and Mrs owner are friendly and helpful to much extent. Mrs owner taught me alot and I really appreciate her for sharing. Most of the time their only son would be in the living area doing his thingy and would never failed to greet you if you happen to see him. |

Very nice and very clean room. The common areas though (especially the sitting room) were often really cluttered with the toys of the little boy who was sharing my daily life. The apartment share actually is an apartment rented by a family who rents out 2 rooms. It is something to let people know as it is quite different from a usual share with roommates. The family routine is quite different, with their getting up round 6.30 am and the noise level (often high) that goes with it, and their going to bed round 7pm, which hinders any activity involving any sound like listening to music for instance (even with the sound very low) |

The leaseholders of this apartment are a couple with a young child, thus early mornings are a normality in the apartment and it may not be suitable for light sleepers. This information will be conveyed to all prospective renters of a room in this apartment. |
