Bedrooms to rent in Harlem
|
This apartment is located on the fifth floor of a walk-up building. The first two floors of the building are commercial space. There is no smoking or drinking allowed in the apartment.
There are three rooms to rent in the apartment. All of the rooms are furnished the same way. There is a futon, a desk, and a chair in each room. Each room has an a/c, wood floors and 1 window. Bedroom three is the largest room (with the largest closet).
There are two bathrooms. All flat mates use bathroom two. This bathroom is equipped with a shower, w/c and sink with vanity. Tenant uses bathroom one. This bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower, w/c and sink.
The living room is open to use by any one in the apartment. It has a glass table and seating for two. The dining room has dining table and seating for six.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There are a microwave, a coffee pot and a toaster available.
The apartment is located in Harlem near the 2,3 trains at 110th Street and Lenox Avenue as well as the B,C trains at Central Park West and 110th Street.
