This room has been converted from the apartment's living room into a private rental, separated from the entry foyer by heavy curtains. Lined with bright bamboo wood floors, the room is equipped with a single size trundle bed that can turn into a king size bed, as well as other tasteful furniture such as a desk, chair and sofa, making you feel at home without crowding the space.

Outside of the room is the foyer space, furnished with a dining table that seats up to four, perfect for enjoying your home-cooked meals prepared in the kitchen. This area will be left to you during your stay, since your roommate uses the bedroom instead. There is also a closet in the foyer that you can use for hanging clothes and storing belongings. The kitchen, shared with your roommate who occupies the bedroom, is around the corner, along with the full bathroom, which also has a hairdryer that you can use.

The surrounding Sunnyside area consists of a 24-hour grocery store, and a Rite -Aid pharmacy at your convenience. The commute to New York City is easy and quick because the 7 train is just one block away and provides efficient transportation to Grand Central station in just 7 stops. Another easy option would be to take the Q32 express bus or the Q60 local bus instead, depending on where in New York you need to be!

For art lovers, the 7 train is also perfect to take you to the nearby Long Island City, a creative part of Queens with the acclaimed MOMA museum PS1 (4 subway stops). Locally you have a variety of restaurants and cafes on Skillman Avenue and Queens Boulevard, respectively one block north and south. For exercise, the YMCA is only one mile away from this apartment where you can enjoy swimming or other recreational activities.
