Private bathroom and bedroom available in a luxury apartment

This apartment about 2,200 square feet is located in a high-rise building with a 24 hours doorman located on the Upper East Side. You can find a laundry room in the building. At the entrance one will find, two orange and blue armchairs, a pillar with a statue on, a table, a beige carpet, a large closet and spotlights. On your way in, the separate kitchen, about 180 square feet big, with gray tiles on the floor and blue and white tiles on the walls and a window. You can find a stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a table, a stool and a lot of beige cabinets. The living room has hard wood floor, beige walls and a very large window facing a beautiful view of Manhattan. In this room you can find a white sofa that seats three, two white armchairs, a chaise long, a lounge table, two large mirrors, a table with a computer on and four chairs, paintings and shelves with a lot of books. The separate dining area has two windows, a large rectangular glass table with six chairs, a crystal luster, paintings, plants and a chest of drawers. The roommate has a lot of privacy. The room is spacious like a studio. The bedroom is about 350 square feet with brown wall to wall carpet, white walls and a large window facing East River (very nice view). The bedroom has a double bed, two blue and beige armchairs, a desk, a chair, and a lot of beige cabinets and shelves. Also you can find an A/C, a TV and cable. The bathroom is private with white tiles, a pink marble sink, a large shower and tub, a toilet and a mirror medicine cabinet. The area is residential with a lot of delis, restaurants and stores also. Please note that the roommate would be alone most of the time. It's very large & private.
