It is on the 2nd floor (considered 1st by Europeans) of a 3-story walk-up townhouse. Constructed in 1965, the home has an eastern exposure, toward the front street, and a western exposure, overlooking the garden. Midtown Manhattan can be reached in just 4 stops on the E line! The 65 Street / Broadway subway station (7 blocks) provides access to the E, M, and R trains, while the 69 Street / Roosevelt Avenue (10 blocks) runs on the 7 line. Just three blocks from the townhouse, you can go and relax at St. Michael’s Park and Playground. Visit Travers Park, about a half-mile away, where you can enjoy playing outdoor sports such as basketball, tennis, baseball, soccer, and handball. If you want to grab a bite, head down the block to Northern Boulevard, where you’ll find plenty of chain food restaurants like Wendy’s, Ihop, and Baskin Robbins. This thoroughfare also contains pharmacies, including CVS, Rite-Aid, and Walgreens, grocery stores, fitness centers, cafés, bank branches, and a variety of shops.

The owner is reasonable and accommodating. Living space is somewhat tight when sharing the floor with two other people, but it's affordable for the area. |
